Why did you decide to change Prime Wardrobe’s name to Prime Try Before You Buy?
We changed our program name from Prime Wardrobe to Prime Try Before You Buy to help everyone quickly understand what the program offers. Only our name has changed – none of the benefits, so you can still try on items for free for 7 days and pay for only what you keep. As always, access to our program is included with your Prime membership.
Which customers have access to Prime Try Before You Buy?
Prime Try Before You Buy is available to anyone with an eligible Prime membership.
What is Prime Try Before You Buy?
Prime Try Before You Buy is a Prime-exclusive program where you can try before you buy from eligible items across women’s, men’s, kids’, and baby clothing, shoes, and accessories. You get seven days to try on the items at home and you will only be charged for the items you decide to keep.
Are there any special discounts associated with Prime Try Before You Buy?
On occasion, we may extend special offers to Prime Try Before You Buy customers. If we are running a Prime Try Before You Buy promotion, but there is a better Amazon promotion available at the time of your initial order placement or at checkout, you will receive the better discount. When there is not a Prime Try Before You Buy–specific promotion running, we will honor other Amazon promotions relevant to the items in your cart at the time of initial order placement or at checkout. Discounts cannot be combined, but you will always receive the best of any applicable discounts.
