Losing weight is easy. It’s a matter of convenience. Think of it as back in 1700s when you traveled across the country in a wagon. And there was no seven elevens, there is no Applebee’s. When you shop, you shop for convenient food, food that’s been process easy, quick and those are foods that are not good for you. Shopping for fruits and vegetables will be a good thing. Meat try to lower your meat intake so you won’t have high cholesterol. Shopping is another thing when it comes to losing weight you have to shop smarter.

Drinking

. Only drinking water as if you’re in on the wagon train going across the desert or the country. You always go near the creek. You traveled the road along the creek. So you can always get water.
